CBD Flex Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1 Order Cancellation: Customers can request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at info@cbdflex.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be accommodated.

1.2 Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed, CBD Flex will notify you and provide alternatives or process a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the refund process.

2.2 Returns for Unopened Products: CBDFlex accepts returns for unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2.3 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.4 Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for products that are returned with damaged or missing packaging or accessories. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

2.5 Refunds for Promotional Items: If you received a promotional item with your purchase and you return the qualifying product, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
